1cn(27 ozs.) sauerkraut, rinsed
  And drained
1 Unpeeled apple, chopped
1smOnion, chopped
3/4cFinely chopped dill pickle
1/2cVegetable oil
3tbLemon juice
2tbSugar
1/2tsDried parsley flakes
1/2tsDried basil
1/2tsDill weed
1/4tsPepper

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Yield: 10-12 servings.
